So, how did we end up here?
Somewhere between the restaurant we kept meaning to book, the hotel still sitting in the group chat, the Pilates class we definitely said we were going to try and yet another screenshot we couldn't remember saving, The Warwickshire Edit started to make a lot of sense.
Because there are brilliant things happening all around us. New restaurants quietly opening their doors. Beautiful places worth escaping to. Independent businesses doing things properly. Beauty treatments everyone's suddenly talking about. Things we want for our homes, our wardrobes and, occasionally, for absolutely no justifiable reason whatsoever.
The problem isn't finding more things.
It's knowing which ones are actually worth your time.
That's where The Edit comes in.
What Exactly Is The Edit?
The Warwickshire Edit is the lifestyle publication we wanted to read.
Something that knows Warwickshire properly, but doesn't stop at the county line. Something that can tell you about the table worth booking in Leamington, a new opening in Warwick, where to spend a Saturday in Stratford-upon-Avon - and the Cotswolds hotel worth disappearing to for the weekend.
But we didn't want another directory telling you everything.
We wanted the good stuff.
The places we'd genuinely recommend to a friend. The things we'd send to the group chat. The discoveries that make you wonder, how did I not know about this?
And definitely not just where we're eating.
We'll talk beauty, wellness, fashion, interiors, travel, recipes, cocktails, hotels, independent businesses, things worth buying and the little details that make life better.
Some of it will be found around the corner. Some of it won't be anywhere near Warwickshire.
Because a brilliant coat, the hotel we can't stop thinking about or the thing that has somehow made its way into everyone's kitchen doesn't need a CV postcode to make The Edit.
Essentially, it's the things we're all already talking about - just with someone doing the editing for you.

Not Everything Makes The Edit.
That's the whole idea.
We're not here to list every restaurant in Warwickshire, every event taking place this weekend or every new product landing in our inbox.
We feature what we think is genuinely worth knowing.
Sometimes that's somewhere new. Sometimes it's somewhere brilliant that's been there for years.
It could be a restaurant worth booking, a country pub worth the drive, a facial that actually lives up to the hype, the perfect white shirt, a recipe worth keeping, a beautiful hotel or something we've spotted and haven't stopped thinking about since.
And sometimes, admittedly, the important questions are considerably less important.
The details we notice. The things everyone suddenly seems to own. The tiny upgrades we become disproportionately invested in. And the occasional matter requiring a completely unnecessary amount of investigation.
For research purposes, obviously.
If it's useful, interesting, beautiful, surprising — or simply too good not to share — you'll probably find it here.
And if we don't think you'd actually want to know about it?
It doesn't make The Edit.
Not A Boundary.
Warwickshire Is Home.
Leamington Spa. Warwick. Kenilworth. Stratford-upon-Avon. The villages, towns and countryside in between.
Warwickshire is where The Edit begins.
But occasionally, something is worth crossing the border for.
So we'll happily take you into the Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Oxfordshire and beyond — and when we find somewhere further afield that's worth the flight, the train or the strategically extended weekend, you'll hear about that too.
The rule is fairly simple:
If it's worth your time, we want you to know about it.

Spotted a new opening? Found somewhere brilliant? Heard about something before everyone else? Or perhaps there's something happening that you think should be on our radar.
We're always interested in the places, people, products and stories worth knowing about - from Warwickshire and occasionally much further afield.
